At Bahtly, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health counseling services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or rescheduling of appointments or requests for refunds. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, missed appointments, and refunds for our services.
Note: Mental health services are personal in nature, and results may vary between individuals. Our refund policy reflects the professional time, resources, and commitment we dedicate to each client.
1. Individual and Couples Counseling Sessions
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations arise that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged for the session and may reschedule at no additional cost.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged, unless the cancellation is due to a genuine emergency.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Refund Eligibility
For individual and couples counseling sessions:
- Prepaid Single Sessions: If you have prepaid for a session and cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Sessions in Progress: Once a session has begun, no refund will be provided, as the service is being actively delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are dissatisfied with your first session, please discuss your concerns with your counselor or our management team. We may offer a follow-up session at a reduced rate or consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
2. Package Sessions and Prepaid Services
We offer discounted rates for clients who purchase multiple sessions in advance:
- Unused Sessions: If you have prepaid for multiple sessions and wish to discontinue services before using all sessions, we will refund the unused sessions less a 20% administrative fee. The used sessions will be recalculated at the standard non-package rate.
- Expiration: Prepaid packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be provided for unused sessions after the expiration date.
- Transfer: Package sessions are non-transferable to other individuals unless specifically approved by Bahtly management.
3. Group Therapy and Workshops
For group therapy sessions and workshops:
- Cancellation Before Start Date:
- 14+ days before start date: Full refund minus a ฿500 administrative fee
- 7-13 days before start date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund
- After Program Has Started: No refunds will be provided once a group or workshop has commenced, regardless of attendance.
- Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another individual up to 48 hours before the start date by notifying us in writing.
4. Corporate Services
For corporate wellness programs and services:
- Refund policies for corporate services are specified in the individual service agreements.
- Standard cancellation for corporate events requires at least 7 business days' notice for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations with less than 7 business days' notice will result in a 50% charge of the agreed service fee.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full service fee being charged.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary situations, we may waive cancellation fees or extend refunds at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
6. Online Services
For online counseling sessions and digital programs:
- Cancellation policies for online services are the same as for in-person services.
- Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery will result in rescheduling or a full refund.
- Technical issues on your end are not grounds for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within our availability.
7. Refund Process

- Allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase when possible
8. Right to Refuse Service
Bahtly reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any prepaid services not delivered.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to stay informed of updates.
